Los Lobos contribute song, production, and performance to new David Bromberg CD

On July 12, Appleseed Recordings will release “Use Me,” a new CD by
master roots musician David Bromberg. The concept of the CD was for
David to contact some of his favorite musicians and request that they provide
him with a song to record, produce the track, and play on it.

Los Lobos were gracious enough to provide a new version of “The Long
Goodbye,” the Hidalgo/Perez co-write that’s the title song of their duo
album, for this project. The band also produced the track and play all
instruments on it except the dobro, played by David.
